Package Payment Structure
For your convenience, the total package fee is split into three installments:
Step 1: Initial Registration
- Account creation + Activation of the study package
- Document scrutiny and eligibility assessment
- Obtaining approvals and consent from your chosen Health Authority – DHA, DOH, MOHAP, QCHP, NHRA, SCFHS, or OMSB
- Once verified, we begin your application and Dataflow process
Step 2: Dataflow / Primary Source Verification
- Document verification by Dataflow and submission to the ministry
- Additional fees may apply for specific university verifications (see Annexure 1.2)
- Processing time: 1–2 months
- Regular email updates throughout the process
- Important: After Dataflow submission, you usually have 2–3 months to schedule and take your exam
- Fast Track Your Dataflow: We offer the fastest turnaround times in the industry for DHA, DOH, MOHAP, QCHP, NHRA, SDLE, and OMSB—completing paperwork in as little as 35 days.
- Note: What is Dataflow (Primary Source Verification)? : Dataflow is a mandatory process where your academic credentials, training, licenses, and Good Standing certificates are verified directly with the issuing agencies. This verification typically takes up to 40 working days.
- Note: Why is Dataflow Important? : Health authorities like DHA, DOH, MOH, QCHP, OMSB, and NHRA require Dataflow to confirm the authenticity of your qualifications— ensuring your safety, your patients’ safety, and maintaining the integrity of the healthcare system.
Step 3: Exam Scheduling
- After successful Dataflow and receiving your Prometric or Pearson VUE eligibility ID, you can schedule your exam
- Options available for DHA, DOH, MOHAP, QCHP, SDLE, NHRA, OMSB, KDLE
- Choose the nearest available slots or preferred dates and times
Please Note:
- Exam scheduling fees cover only one attempt.
- Reattempts, rescheduling, or cancellations will incur extra charges.
- Failure to schedule your exam within the eligibility period may require a new application and payment.
- DOH (HAAD) & MOHAP UAE requires full Dataflow verification before scheduling your Pearson VUE / Prometric exam—this is mandatory.
- After passing the DHA exam and submitting your registration with linked verified documents, your DHA eligibility letter is available in your Sheryan account within 5 working days.
